The project aims to enhance the school leadership of the partnership schools and deepen their understanding of transition and its importance; help the curriculum leaders of the partnership schools to recognize different contexts of kindergartens and primary schools and the connections and continuity among them; enhance teachers’ knowledge on developing and implementing school-based transitional mechanisms and mastering different L/T and assessment strategies and thus prepare their students for the changes brought about by the transition with enhanced Chinese Language ability.
