[Note] Full papers which should be written in line with the required format shall be submitted by accepted presenters via Online Paper Submission System before 5 December 2017. The uploaded file (or zipped file) size should be within 10MB. Those zipped file exceeds 10MB should be sent to yangtiezheng@foxmail.com. Please observe the Full Paper Submission Guideline to prepare your paper. Paper which does not in line with the required format will not be included in the Proceeding. Please note that the submission of full paper is notmandatory. The paper should be your original work, except where due acknowledgement is made, and it has not been previously published.
