All participants (including accepted presenters) should submit the Online Registration Form no later than 21 October 2017.
Registration Fee #Regular registration fee: JPY 15,000 (including Conference programme, Conference proceeding, tea reception, two conference lunches and welcoming banquet)

# Remarks:
- For full-time Student registrants, please provide your Student ID Card for verification at conference registration counter.
- Accommodation and traveling fee will be at your own expense. Special package for conference participants will be announced on this website later once the organizer confirms the details with the hotel (Nakazawa Village). Reservations shall be made by participants on their own.
- Please note that the accommodation fee in Japan is charged based on the number of guest(s), not the number of room(s). i.e. the charge will be different for one guest per room and two guests per room even though both are occupying one room and of the same room type.
- The payment method of registration fee will be announced later.
- The Organizer only accepts the registration fee in Japanese dollars (JPY) due to limitation on administrative procedure. Please prepare enough Japanese Dollars (JPY) to pay the fee at conference counter. Thank you!
