*** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***

Regarding the Group Entry Permits for Mainland scholars attending the conference, despite repeated and active communication between the Organizer and immigration authorities, we regret to inform you that the applications were ultimately not approved. This has resulted in some overseas presenters being unable to travel to Taiwan in person, for which the Organizer deeply regret.

To ensure the Conference proceeds smoothly, for presenters unable to travel to Taiwan due to the aforementioned issue, the Organizer will provide an online presentation option. The arrangements are as follows:

  • Presenters unable to enter Taiwan due to the aforementioned entry permit issue may choose to participate online.
  • For online presentations, please complete the registration process and pay a registration fee of NT$1,500 through the registration system before 12:00 noon on 25 January 2026 (Sun) to facilitate subsequent administrative procedures.     All participants must complete registration and online payment by December 31, 2025.

    Students# - Includes two days of lunch and refreshments: NTD 3,500 (Early Bird Offer**: NTD 2,500)
